ABOUT
Hi, I’m Heidi Hackler, the graphic designer behind Seattle- based Dolphin Design. My 25+ years of experience as both a graphic designer and Web site designer started in the high-tech industry, in the creative departments of Aldus and Adobe. I moved on to one of Seattle's first Web Design companies in 1995, and later to Visio, and then Microsoft. All of that great high-tech experience gave me the insight to be on the cutting edge—and the skills to keep me there. In addition, I have a B.F.A in Graphic Design from the University of Washington.
Many years spent creating graphic design and volunteering for various non-profit organizations have given me the experience to understand the needs of non-profits and to work within small budgets while still providing big design solutions. For those of you in the marine and boating industry, my years of sailing, being a live-aboard in Seattle, and being around the marine environment have given me the knowledge to understand your business and help you with your graphic design needs as well. And for businesses in Wyoming and the Rocky Mountain region where I grew up, I am very aware of environmental and natural resource issues and create graphic designs for a wide variety of clients there.
